about the role

As a Junior Recruitment Specialist you will support us in the main recruitment activities and developing long-term relationship with potential candidates through networking, sourcing and screening potential hires for technical positions as well as conducting end-to-end interviews. 

your job will include

  • publishing job offers in various portals and community groups 
  • conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (in the beginning for junior positions)
  • networking in professional IT groups and social media communities 
  • regular reporting and tracking progress of recruitment projects
  • maintaining proper documentation of applicants within the recruiting process
  • providing continuous support for a HR manager in current recruitment priorities 

what we would like to see

  • experience in HR area (preferably min. 6 months) 
  • willingness to learn and gain knowledge about IT recruitment
  • perfect communication skills and positive mindset
  • flexibility and strong organisational skills 
  • openness and creative approach to recruitment activities
  • fluency both in Polish and English (written and spoken)

nice to have

  • first experience with working in IT sourcing or recruitment team 
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant field
