about the role

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Project Manager who will support our team in planning, executing, monitoring and closing our Bright projects. You will be an important part of a community of talented, ambitious and positive developers, designers, managers and marketers who love to solve real problems and actively take responsibility for their own self-development. Positive attitude, client orientation and teamwork are central parts of our daily work. 

You will have an opportunity to work with clients from UK, Germany, Norway, Israel, USA and Sweden, and support suchorganisation as United Nations, Relevo, etventure, Heinrich Schmidt or the world's top food delivery company Just Eat.

Our team and organisation is still growing, new challenges and projects appear ahead, and that is why we need bright person just like you. 

your job will include

  • coordinating the software development process in order to increase the client's business value 
  • guiding the team and promoting Agile principles
  • optimising workflow by clever dealing with obstacles and blockers
  • analysing application quality and coming up with better and better solutions 
  • organising sprint planning sessions, backlog refinements, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives
  • creating projects documentation

preferred skills and qualifications

  • at least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects
  • very good understanding of Agile development methodologies  
  • familiarity with Jira/Asana, Confluence or other management tools 
  • excellent command of written and spoken both English and Polish
  • effective communication and business negotiation skills 
  • can-do attitude and positive proactive approach 
  • ability to supervise developer's estimations and work 
  • positive mindset 🙂
