about the role
We are looking for an experienced project manager who is not afraid of solving business and technical challenges, can manage multiple high-impact projects and guide the team to success. The role is about leading projects and working with both clients and technical teams to bring product ideas to life.
what you will do
- manage at least two software development projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with client expectations and business objectives
- provide guidance when challenges arise, helping the team identify root causes, draw actionable conclusions, and implement necessary improvements
- foster a culture of open communication within the team and take the lead in resolving conflicts in a constructive and effective manner
- facilitate strategic planning sessions and other key meetings to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- mentor and support junior project managers and other team members, encouraging their professional growth and helping them develop their skills
- gain a deep understanding of the project domain and clearly communicate changes in priorities to ensure the team remains aligned and focused
preferred skills and qualifications
- at least 5-7 years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- a degree in Computer Science (preferably field with a specialization in project management_ and a deep understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
- proven track record in leading multiple teams and successfully managing complex projects with competing priorities
- strong client focus with the ability to guide discussions, navigate challenges, and provide high-level strategic advice
- solid knowledge of managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively while continuously improving processes
- strong written and verbal communication both in English and Polish, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
- proactive problem-solving attitude with the ability to deliver practical, scalable solutions with a keen eye on the bigger picture
- practical knowledge of agile methodologies and everyday PM’s tools such as Jira/Confluence
