about the role
We are looking for a determined, positive and talented Sourcing Specialist who would like to support us in developing our team with new bright technical talents. This role includes connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting the whole recruitment team while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
what you will do
- publish compelling and competitive job offers in various portals
- source and screen potential hires as well as schedule the interviews
- network with professional IT communities on social media groups/meetups/conferences
- ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process
- maintain proper documentation of applicants within the recruiting process
- support hiring best practices and taking part in Employer Branding initiatives
our expectations
- 2+ year of experience in sourcing (preferably in IT sector )
- knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and other professional websites
- strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- positive attitude and perfect communication skills
- an ability to prioritise and plan work in a time efficiently manner
- an ability to work independently as well as a part o the team
- very good command of Polish and English (both written and spoken)
nice to have
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant field
