about the job
We are looking for an experienced Java/Kotlin Developer who would like to develop and enhance innovative and robust backend application for one of our main clients. The application is an intelligent point-of-sale widely used in Israel and since 2016 successfully entering European market in cooperation with one of the world’s top food ordering companies (PRACTI by JustEat). The project's team involves now 25 talented and experienced developers.
preferred qualifications and skills
- at least 3-4 years of commercial programming experience
- at least 2 years of backend development in Java/Kotlin
- very good working knowledge and deep understanding of Kotlin/Java
- working experience with Spring framework
- experience with databases, in particular MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redshift
- very good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- positive attitude and open mind
- advanced communication skills in both Polish & English
nice to have
- familiarity with AWS or other Cloud providers
- familiarity with Agile methodologies
