about the role
As a Junior Recruitment Specialist you will support us in the main recruitment activities. Your goal will be developing long-term relationship with potential candidates through networking, sourcing and screening potential hires for technical positions. Later on you will be engaged in conducting end-to-end interviews, in the beginning together with HR manager or more experienced recruiters. You will also have an opportunity to support onboarding process and take part in EB initiatives.

- publishing and updating job offers
- sourcing qualified candidates through different online channels
- screening applicants to check if they meet all the key criteria
- networking in professional IT online groups and meet-ups
- regular reporting and tracking progress of recruitment projects
- maintaining proper documentation of applicants within the recruiting process
- providing continuous support for a hiring manager in current recruitment priorities
what we would like to see
- experience in HR area (preferably min. 3 months)
- willingness to learn and gain knowledge about IT recruitment
- interest in recruitment and social media trends
- perfect communication skills and positive mindset
- flexibility and strong organisational skills
- openness and creative approach to recruitment activities
- fluency both in Polish and English (written and spoken)
nice to have
- first experience with working in IT sourcing or recruitment team
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant field
