Now we are looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in the sales and IT industry to assist our team in increasing client interest and enhancing the sales cycle. Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies can be advantageous. This includes familiarity with common programming languages, software frameworks, and development methodologies.

☞ research, identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, or social media)
☞ communicate service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers
☞ assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations
☞ track and manage sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM system
☞ stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
☞ provide feedback on market needs and opportunities
☞ collaborate with the marketing team on particular initiatives
☞ cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients
✔️ at least 6 months of experience in B2B sales or customer success in IT field
✔️ strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ excellent command of English (both oral and written)
✔️ resilience and persistence to handle rejection and overcome challenges
✔️ an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn attitude
✔️️ curious mindset to understand the industry, product, and customer needs
✔️ ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
✔️ experience in outbound marketing activities
✔️ familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce etc.)
✔️ proficiency in German or Swedish/Norwegian
